Live-In: A cost-effective option
Care and support in the home, day and night, providing continuous service, while preventing gaps in coverage. We can assign caregivers for you to ensure continuous service 24/7. We assign the same
caregivers per week to ensure consistency of care. Choose HHA or Homemaker.

Homemaking
Services may include: Light housekeeping: out trash, dusting, laundry etc. Meal preparation: monitor food intake, grocery shopping, preparing future meals, and clean up after meals. Pet care: walking and feeding

Chores: mail, general shopping, prescription pick up

CareAtHome24/7 signature night supports are provided by direct care from the professionals who stay awake all night. Here, these services would then include personal hygiene, toileting, catheter care, skin care, and help to go to bed. Service after bedtime includes redirection of confused and agitated ones, bedtime transfers, reposition, and mid-night snacks and toileting. Other skilled services such as changing wound dressings may be offered upon request.

Care and Support in Assisted Living Facilities

Since assisted living offers limited assistance or no help beyond the basic needs, then CareAtHome24/7 may supplement service to a senior who live in assisted living communities and require additional supports. Some of these additional supports may include medication reminder (link page), skilled nursing (link page), personal care support (link this to that page), and companion (link page).

Hospital Support and Care

Private-duty nurses are professional registered nurses or certified nurse aides, contracted by you or your personal representative to provide one-on-one nursing care during some portions of your hospital stay.
Private-duty nurses can work in any unit except operating rooms, recovery rooms, intensive care units, post-operative care units, and special care units.
Hospital care and support services are provided by private-duty nurses as you need them.
